It's hard to tell, but this is a seal.
This is a man with a bunch of parrots who hangs out and I guess makes money with them
somehow. I'm guessing by having people take pictures with the birds. The thing is, he's a
bit of a bully about it, so I didn't ask questions.
An otter just swimming by!
