Still Aggravated

I have been exercising for I think 3 1/2 weeks now.  I put in usually 6 hours a week--1 hour a day with a day of rest on Sunday.  I still have yet to see any weight loss whatsoever.  I am working on my eating.  It's not perfect, but it's not terrible either.  This just isn't right.  And that's all I have to say for now.

  1. Frustrating. But way to go with the continuous exercising! I've had good success with myfitnesspal.com - basically a food/exercise journal that helps you keep track of calorie intake and burns. I'm down 25 pounds since April. I find that the eating thing is pretty key. Best wishes :)

  2. Thanks for the mention of myfitnesspal.com! I think I'm going to start using it. I just entered in the food I had for today - thinking I was eating healthy - and it's surprising how fast it all adds up!
