Last night, I made Greek tilapia with a box of Greek salad and homemade (bread machine) bread. When I put it all on the plate, it looked so pretty I had to take a picture to show off my plating skills. Sadly, the picture just doesn't quite do it justice, but here it is. Yeah, when the average Joe starts talking about plating, you know he/she watches too much Food Network and Top Chef! Oh, it tasted AMAZING too. I have struggled to find a tilapia recipe I like, but I just did. It would be good with other kinds of fish too.
