Nothing to Say

I don't really have anything to say, but it's been so long since I last posted I felt compelled to write something. Not much is going on here. We did get all our stuff, so I've been in the process of unpacking. At first, it was really fun--kinda like Christmas all over again. Now, it's just another chore. I guess it gives me something to do during the day. I have settled in enough to start looking for a job, but the California economy is less than great these days, so we'll see. We could really use the extra income, but I feel fortunate in that we don't NEED it. More than many can say these days! Nathan doesn't start class until Oct. 29th, so he's currently working security at night. He works 2 nights on, 2 off. He kinda likes it, and I hate it because our schedules are completely opposite. But it's only for another month, and then he'll have a student's schedule. His classes will be extremely intense, so I still won't see him much, but at least we'll be sleeping at the same time!

I've included some pictures of the view from our place. Unfortuantely, you can't really get the full effect from the pics. Normally, you can see the bay, but here it just looks like more sky. I guess you'll have to use your imagination. The last picture is the view from the bedroom. It is the best one in the house, but I think you'll just to take my word on it. I wish the pictures had turned out a little better.
