Old Sacramento

My brother-in-law Jared recently accepted a job in the Sacramento area, and a couple of weeks ago he, my sister Lindsey, and their kid Landon came to start the house-hunting process. My sister Mary also came. So, Nathan and I went up there to meet them and hang out for a few hours. I'm not a big picture-taker. (I know that shocks most of you, but it's true. ) But thanks to Mary, I did walk away with a few. The first 3 are from an area called Old Sacramento. It's a cute little area set up like a town from the Old West with lots of fun specialty shops. The candy stores were our favorite. :) The last picture is us at Texas Roadhouse. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures with Lindsey and her family--they were doing the house hunting thing most of the day--so the 3rd person in some of the pics is my sister Mary. Oh, and I have to credit her for the pictures in the first place. I forgot my camera, so these are hers.

(I'm not sure why the pictures are showing up too small. Probably better off that way anyway. No one needs to see a close-up of my skin. It doesn't seem to realize I'm not a teenager anymore!)

  3. Cute pictures. #8 on my blog is about a calling. I'm being called to be the Primary pianist. I'm not exactly thrilled about leaving Relief Society.
